Notice Regarding the Basic Policy for an Absorption-Type Merger into Ajinomoto Co., Inc.
We would like to inform you that we have adopted a basic policy to pursue an absorption-type merger
with Ajinomoto Co., Inc., its wholly owned parent company, with a target effective date of April 1, 2027.
