Notice of Partial Appointment and Changes to the Board and Officers
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support.
We hereby announce that Mr. Yoshihiko Shimbo will retire from his position as Member of the Board (non-full time service) effective March 31, 2026.
Effective April 1, 2026, Mr. Takayuki Koda (newly appointed) will assume the position of Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Kohei Ishikawa will be appointed as Member of the Board (non-full time service).
