Benefits of introduction
As a flame retardant material, it has a superior affinity with plastics and rubber.
It improves the extreme pressure of the oil, and can be used as a metal cutting and grinding fluid and lubricant additive.
We provide various phosphate ester flame retardants such as REOFOSTM and flame-retardant hydraulic oil REOLUBE.

Chlorinated paraffin, chlorinated fatty acid ester
We are the first company in Japan to have commercialized chlorinated paraffin. It is used as a flame retardant in the same applications as REOFOSTM products.
Because of its good electrical insulation properties, it is blended into wire coating as a plasticizer.
It is also used as a lubricant additive.
We also offer a lineup of chlorinated fatty acid esters.

EMPARATM is a registered trademark and the brand name of chlorinated paraffin sold by our company.

There are two types of EMPARATM – one is made from paraffin wax, and the other from normal paraffin.
Also, many varieties can be obtained depending on the degree of chlorination.
